Parque Solar Cauchari, Jujuy

Ubicado en la Puna jujeña, a 4.200 metros sobre el nivel del mar, el Parque Solar Cauchari constituye un hito en el desarrollo de energías renovables en Argentina y la región.

Este complejo fotovoltaico es el más grande de Sudamérica y el de mayor altitud en el mundo, además de ser la mayor planta de su tipo en el país. Compuesto por tres unidades, alcanza una capacidad instalada conjunta de 315 MW, posicionando a la energía solar como un eje estratégico en la transición energética del noroeste argentino.

Located in the Puna region of Jujuy at 4,200 meters above sea level, the Cauchari Solar Park represents a milestone in renewable energy development in Argentina and the region.

This photovoltaic complex is the largest in South America and the highest-altitude solar plant in the world, as well as the largest of its kind in Argentina. Comprising three units, it has a combined installed capacity of 315 MW, positioning solar energy as a strategic pillar in the energy transition of northwestern Argentina.
